What does a respondent do?
If you have been asked to take part in a market research discussion either in a group or individually then really you have nothing to worry about other then telling us what you think.
If it is face to face research we will tell you the time and place you need to be then confirm that to you in writing. If the research is online then we will explain everything to you over the phone and confirm by email and once again all you have to do is give your honest opinion.
Each particular project comes with specific criteria so that we can ensure we are talking to the target audience of the brand we are working for. We will ask you some questions to qualify you to take part but please be assured these are only to make sure you meet the criteria specified.
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about participation and how your data will be handled.
As a fully data protected market research agency we are bound by the rules of data protection and also by those of the Market Research Code of Conduct.
We will not pass on your details to any 3rd party unless we gain specific permission to do so first and we will not associate your comments with your name.
We will not use your details to contact you again unless you give us prior permission and we will delete all info from our system in compliance with data protection law.
Any details we ask for are for the purposes of the project and to ensure we meet our quality control standards.
We are fully GDPR compliant.

Its pretty easy. You can complete your details via this form.
Anything you tell us will be stored securely and encrypted to prevent loss of data. We will email you when there is a project in your area that you may be suitable for and then you can decide from there whether you would like to apply to take part. Most projects have a monetary incentive which is set depending on the amount of time you need to commit to it.
Most current projects can also be found on our facebook page so you can also apply for individual projects there
Please be aware that we can't include you in every project you apply for as there are limits on how often you can take part and we also have to ensure we select the best respondents for our clients needs on each individual project.
We will always have a conversation with you when we select you to take part, making sure you are happy with how everything will work and to answer any questions you may have.
